If you have not been given a portal activation code, please call the lab at 814-299-4674 to obtain the code.
Instructions for accessing lab results from the portal:
—Select menu on left hand side of screen
—Chart
—Chart Summary
—Test Results (x) put an x in the box
—Then select view at the bottom of the screen.
Please do not call regarding interpretation of your multiphasic results. You should contact the physician you provided on your form for questions or interpretations.
Multiphasic results can take up to 48 hours to be loaded to your portal.
